1. Agreement

By buying or using Muffin you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Muffin. Muffin is provided by [YOUR LEGAL OR TRADING NAME], [ADDRESS]. Email: info@prodparker.com. KvK: [KVK NUMBER]. VAT: [VAT NUMBER].

2. What Muffin is

Muffin is a desktop application that indexes and previews your music project files and helps you compare, finish and export them. Muffin reads your files. It does not replace your DAW.

3. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Muffin on devices you own or control, for your own music production. "Lifetime access" means access for the supported lifetime of the Muffin product. It is not a personal guarantee of service forever.

4. Restrictions

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, rent, or share your licence. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, except to the limited extent the law allows.

5. Payment

Muffin is sold as a one-time purchase through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record and handles billing, invoicing and any applicable taxes. The price is shown at checkout.

6. Updates and roadmap

We may release updates and improvements, which are included at no extra cost while they are available. We do not promise any specific feature, platform or release date. References to a macOS version describe a planned product and are not a binding commitment.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muffin is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for a particular purpose. Your mandatory rights as a consumer are not affected.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Muffin is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost projects or data. You are responsible for keeping your own backups. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

This licence ends automatically if you breach these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [the Netherlands], and disputes are subject to the competent courts of [YOUR LOCATION]. This does not remove mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
