Refunds & Right of Withdrawal

Muffin is digital content delivered electronically. Access is provided immediately after a successful purchase.

2. EU right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content that is supplied immediately, this right no longer applies once delivery has started, provided you gave your prior express consent and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal. By starting your download or activating Muffin, you give that consent and acknowledgement.

3. Our refund approach

We want you to be happy with Muffin. If it does not work as described, or you hit a technical problem we cannot resolve, contact us within [14] days of purchase at info@prodparker.com and we will review your request in good faith. 4. How refunds are processed

Purchases and any approved refunds are handled through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
